A day in the life:

You will be surveying customers via email and phone (asking things like “Who,” “what,” “where,” “why,” and sometimes, even “when?”)
You will use your keen marketing eyes to correct and enhance online business listings
You will be facilitating, managing, and monitoring online business reviews
You will schedule appointments with existing clients
You will be analyzing and organizing statistical information for presentation to clients
