A day in the life:
Responsible for overseeing clients throughout the Website Production Process
Work daily with clients to ensure satisfaction with product and seamless integration of client input
Effectively communicate with Account Managers on status of client’s website progress
Reach out to clients to check in on progress of website materials (content, photos, etc.)
Schedule meetings with clients to discuss website process
Aid in handling domain and hosting issues for client’s websites
Expect the following:

Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative input and thought process of website design and build
Experience with domains and how websites operate
Customer service experience
Graphic and/or web design experience is a plus
