A day in the life:

Social Media & AdWords Monthly Reports: Assemble monthly reports, compare and contrast previous report to current report
Keyword Maintenance: Familiarize yourself with the AdWords interface! You will record the click-through-rate, average position, search rank percentage, and search budget percentage. This gives you opportunity to track clients progress
Ad Creation: Express your creative capability through enticing copy or aesthetically pleasing image ads. Learn how to create text and image ads. You will have an understanding of the rules and regulations we go by as well as what is an appropriate call-to-action for an image ad
Content Creation and Distribution: Use your creative side to generate engagement for small businesses on social media
Reporting and Analytics: Using the various social media analytical tools, you will create progress reports for clients to inform them on how their profile(s) are performing and what the best course of action may be moving forward
Monitoring and Responding: You will be the eye in the sky for our clients and will look over their accounts for comments, messages, and reviews
Facebook Advertising: Using one of the most advanced and effective digital advertising platforms, you will help produce amazingly targeted ads for a variety of businesses
Contribute to the CGI Social Media Presence: In addition to serving clients, you will also have the opportunity to further the presence of CGI Communications and NEXT! Ad Agency on various social media platforms

Characteristics our dream candidates possess:

Ability to traverse through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, and Facebook Business Manager
Ability to effectively budget time
Basic photo editing skills
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
